Anda Grants
Anda has years of experience working for public administration both co-operating with public institutions and local governments, NGOs, foreign advisers, and developing and heading up various EU co-financed projects. She has been involved as an expert on behalf of the responsible authorities of particular EU funds, providing input both in drafting calls for proposals and providing the qualitative evaluation expertise of submitted proposals. In the context of integration of society, she has lead workshops and round table discussions both in the municipal councils and education institutions of Latvia. Anda has been involved in restructuring of several major public and private enterprises (energy sector, food industry), and has headed real estate development projects in Riga and Jurmala.
Since 2009 Anda is the member of the NGO “Movement for a Democratic Thought”.
Anda's primary interests or areas of professional interest relate to project management, planning and implementation, information and data analysis, EU co-financed projects, integration of society, diversity management, intercultural communication, procurements, real estate, food industry, business planning and information processing.
